Therapy
Services are provided in person, by phone, or through a HIPAA-secure videoconferencing platform for those who prefer to meet online.
Initial Assessment: $225
Individual Psychotherapy: $225
Couples Psychotherapy (90 minutes): $300*
Family Psychotherapy (90 minutes): $300*
*limited reduced sliding scale slots offered for clients with financial hardships
Insurance Coverage
I accept the following insurance:
- Aetna
- Anthem “UCSHIP” only (University of California Student Health Insurance Plan)
- United Healthcare (UHC)/Optum
In-network status will depend on your specific plan and policy.
Some insurances will still reimburse you for my out-of-network services. Please contact your insurance and inquire about ‘out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy with a licensed psychologist.’
I am happy to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company to help with the reimbursement.
PAYMENT: I accept all major credit cards, cash, check, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Health Savings Account (HSA). Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments are made to reserve a specific time slot for you, and therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for sessions missed or rescheduled without at least 24 hours notification. Most insurance companies will not reimburse for missed sessions.
